I bought some GT's Kombucha the other day, it is Concord Grape, meaning it's 95% Kombucha with 5% grape juice. It's raw and has some stuff floating in it. Can I use this to make my own (as I had seen mentioned below on this forum) or is this mixture useless is starting my own? Plus, it's refrigerated (don't know if that's bad).
If there's a chance it wouldn't work, then I'll just drink it and wait to make my own kombucha when I have a chance to get the proper ingredients.
