I was actually going to get on line and ask about them again this morning. Talk about timing...

I've been using one on each foot for a week now. As I said, the first two days I was very energetic. Then after that I've felt very run down, and I don't look very good. Then yesterday (Monday) I woke up and my eyes were very SWOLLEN, and my coloring wasn't good.

Today I woke up and I have this terrible pain and swelling right in front of my ear, sort of at the jaw joint. It hurts to open my mouth wide. I wonder what that is?

I now know with certainty, that it's the foot pads that are doing this to me. I wonder if I should cut down to one a night for awhile? But if I am going through a detox, I want to get it over with and move on. I wonder if it could hurt me to keep the course?

I haven't had such a dramatic reaction to anything since my first liver flush. It can be alarming, and confusing. You so want to believe in "detox...and healing crisis" but there is that little voice in your head that invokes some fear, especially when the reaction is so swift.

I simply cannot believe how timely these posts are. Thank you...thank you ALL for posting this. You have no idea what it meant to me.
