it is obvious to me that nglassman knows what to do and how to do it.
he simply wants to eat things that don't work.
that's ok... it's not easy being so far outside the 'norm'.

but my dad was a mechanic.
he used to say,
"There is nothing wrong with the car...
it's the nut behind the wheel."

i'd have to agree with him when it comes to food.
few really listen to their bodies.
bodies know exactly what they should eat to be perfectly happy.
but we have been taught to not listen to our bodies and to crave complicated foods.

nglassman knows what works for him. he has stated it eloquently.
but he apparently wants to eat what doesn't work.
i have to giggle at that.
the body gets spoiled when you eat right and it rejects
foods that don't work, as it did when we were babies, being force fed
baby foods... we used to throw them up and burp them out and our
parents kept shoveling them back in our mouths.
and people make us feel badly if we don't join them for pizza, cake, etc...
and we want to please them and also have fun eating like we used to,
but -- as i said, the body gets spoiled when it is fed real food.
and it complains LOUDLY when we try to feed it things that don't work.

don't blame the food.
it's what we do with it that gives us bad digestion.
keep it simple.
love, patricia
