I pour about an inch of cranberry juice in a small nalgene bottle, add a packet of stevia powder and shake it up a bit. I then add about a cup of water, a TBS of the b. liquid, a heaping tsp of the p. powder, close the lid and shake it well but not too long. I think drink it all down before it has a chance to "sit". The cranberry taste is so strong that it tastes good!
