Hi --

Went to the store today and bought safflower oil. It is Spectrum refined safflower. I could not remember the refined v. unrefined posts, or whether anyone had mentioned safflower, and so forth.

Any experience with this kind or should I take it back and get Sunflower or Sesame? I wanted to get coconut but they were out.
