I'm not MH, just opinionated!

The lymph system is what's going to carry the toxins out of your system. If it's not working properly, you aren't properly detoxing! Gotta get that whole elimination thang going in the right direction, sounds to me like.

Things that help lymph:

~lots of fluids, you're drinking the good stuff, are you drinking enough? Minimum of 1/2 oz per pound of body weight?
~sitz bath ... it seems too simple to be of much help, huh? just do it! The lymph system doesn't have a pump. Toxins are drawn to the coldest areas; rather than it being your feet and lungs, show it it's way to your bowels! Hot and cold also give it a expand and contract pumping.
~exercise, lymph moves easily when our muscles are moving gently ... rebounding, leg shaker, walking all are big help.
~fresh air and sunshine ... i didn't see these in your post. Gonna be healthy, they are a must!
