YES a series of flushing is the best thing to do!! SebDerm is totally diet related so work on this in the Alkaline/Acid forum or wholehealthmd.com. Look into the salt water flush as an alternative to colonics or enemas. Also chlorine or floride might be affecting your skin so look into shower filters on Amazon as a good place to start ($40).
