I always ask Why too. I cant follow orders - because I need to know WHY.-- even in my job. THis gets me in trouble with my supervisors alot- because some leaders feel it is not for their staff to know why but just to blindly follow orders :P I think that is bullcrap. How in the heck can you work as a TEAM that way!
