Take the KETO-7 form of DHEA as it won't form other hormones. If you feel better within twenty minutes, you have adrenal problems. Eat more kelp and mineral salts and fats and oils; and avoid sugar, stimulants like caffeine and nicotine, and loud noises or music, and stress. Only take DHEA as needed to keep your adrenals doing their job and not going on vacation.
