i bought ground flax seed to add fiber to my stool; however,
i'm confused as how to take it.
instruction says to eat it alone or sprinkle it to my food.

my question is can i just mixed it with water and drink it,
similar to what you do with psyllium?
i prefer to do that instead of chewing it?
