I gave away my bed recently and now I sleep on the floor. I do have foam rubber pillows and a bedroll. Surprisingly,I like it much better. I have ideas about another bed that I may make soon. I read that sleeping on metal wire is not good for our bioelectrical system. It seems to help me not to sleep on a regular bed.
