Hi Kelly! Thought I'd update you. I was doing great, and all of a sudden I'm experiencing horrible diarrhea again and pains.It feels like I have stomach flu. I'm a little worried because it's been a week since I spoke to you last and almost 2 since I even took the cleanse and all of a sudden I'm sick. I don't know if it is something I ate, or if it's b/c it's that time of the month or what... I am still taking probiotic, though not every day, and eating bananas and stuff. Like I said I was fine and then, Wham! Because my BM's this time are very liquidy (I am not holding anything down) I went ahead and bought Ultima replenisher (electrolyte replacer.) I had NO symptoms like this prior to starting the cleanse and am wondering if the 2 dys I was on it could still have this much of an effect on me or if something else is really wrong. I sooo hope not because I have a cruise in 2 weeks that I have been looking forward to forever! I'm pretty sad. My mom wans to take me to the doctor but I want to avoid that if I possibly can because I fear he will give me a medication that will make me worse. I know you are not a physican and that what you tell me is not a diagnosis. But your expertise is much appreciated. Right now anything helps!! Thanks =)
