Im sorry its taken me so long to reply to your message. I had a bad relapse in early May and i havent been at the computer much since, im now trying to catch up!
How are you doing? you wrote in April, have you tried anything since then?

My advice really is that so many illnesses like CFS, FM, Lyme etc or chemical/toxin exposure are so similar that the only way to go is to get tested properly for everything to try to find out what is causing ur illness. I just got diagnosed with Lyme after 4 years of being very ill and not being 100% for about 10 years (think thats when i picked it up) Your symptoms sounds very much like Lyme but then its also possible that you were exposed to something toxic also. whatever it is thats the cause, im sure it would help alot to do some liver and kidney detoxes and first and foremost an intestinal cleanse. ive found dr schulze products really worked for me and now that i know i have lyme im extra impressed that doing his detoxes allowed me to return to work full time for 8 months. if you do check out the lyme angle its really important to go to a good doctor and also to get tested at a specialised lab like Igenex or Bowen. there are so many things you can do to help your body detox and although you have to be careful, i have found so many of them really worked. at the moment with all the herxing im doing im finding the Epsom Salts baths really helpful. as time goes on you discover more and more things that help.

it must be really tough for you trying to keep going with all of this especially with the demands of children. if there s anything else i can do please let me know and again im sorry i took so long to get back to you, ill be checking the site much more regularly from now on
