I'm also a protein type and blood type A+. As a student, I tried to be a vegetarian (this was before I was aware of the existence of metabolic typing or Blood Type Diet s). It didn't work at all for me (weight gain, high blood pressure, high triglycerides...). Now my diet is mainly meat and a lot of vegetables and I have no health problems.
