I have in the past (4-6 years ago)done really well on a high protein-low carb diet. I felt better on it than I had in 25 years. When I had my 3rd baby 2 years ago, I asked the hospital what my bloodtype was. I was told I was A positive. (hospital error? ) My dad is O. He says to stick to high pro-low carb since I felt so great on it. What do you all think? Will I be setting myself up for problems down the road?
