Hi Carol:

When I was suffering from bloating, 32718 was kind enuff to share with me about Castor Oil. But she also told me it causes a lot of diarrhea & the taste sucks.

That kind of made me feel, as if I should not take it. I was so wrong. I really felt better after the CO cleanse followed by LF.

My stomach did feel flatter as promised by 32718. ( I wish she had a real name). So I did a lot of research on CO. Went to Health food Store and bought a good brand of CO.

I have tried CO packs before, but found them to be very messy and they did not seem to have any visible improvement in my bloating. So i gave up on the packs.

As far as the objectionable taste of CO go, I think I can handle it now, thanks to hanna's suggestion.

(1).Hold your nose. (2) Drink your concoction ( castor oil / ES /whatever yucky) (3) Suck on a lemon (4) let go of your nose.

If I follow these 4 steps I can handle it......
