It's great to hear your improvements, it gives encouragement. I have been swishing with sesame seed oil for 2 days, this is the first time I ever done this. The only thing i've noticed is that my teeth look a little whiter and the mouth feels cleaner! i am so glad to have found this simple but effective technique. keep up the pulling (of oil that is ha!)
