Hi there,

thanks for responding, I came across your information on a website before and found it very informative. I want to go on a diet without copper, but really don't know what to eat especially as I am a vegetarian. I know what not to eat but am running out of ideas what to eat. I hardly ever drink (maybe once a month!) and drink water. I don't have caffeine as I am allergic and I do sometimes eat chocolate which I know longer will be able to do. Would you be able to tell me what you eat in general, would be a big help. Thank you for giving me hope.
