Yes the research has proven itself, that Krill oil is much better for you than fish oil. Many studies! I don't think they have even touched the surface on all this powerful supplement can do. But be care when comparing price, the way that krill oil is produced is very important. We all know that if you boil vegetables you lose some of their nutritional value, the same holds true for krill oil. You should only purchase that Krill oil that has been cold water processed.
