I have read a great deal on the metals and am very concerned. At this point, however, there are a number of factors I see as getting me to the point I was a few weeks ago, including lack of physical activity, dehydration (too much coffee, as well as barley and hops), poor diet, lack of my own self-dental care, heavy stress and more.

These are factors I have immedaite control over. I might be bailing a sinking ship, but with the support of you and others, I think I will sink a good deal slower. "tomorrow"!!!

(as a teenager, I liked those big front bench seats)
