Hi Trap --

I saw your post to Megabite and the comment about having metal in his mougth. This has been a great concern of mine. I am not in a position financially to have my fillings (about 8) replaced with composite and won't be for a couple of years. I got pregnant two years ago when I was just caught up from my alcohol-related amends and was ready to start setting aside bling for Amalgam removal, and then got pregnant (with twins it turned out). I felt horrible about being pregnant with the proverbial mouthful of metal, but what to do? My husband is a grad student, I am a stay at home mother, so we have limited resources and options. How much is it on average per tooth for the replacement? I am thinking a couple grand...

I guess my questions are, can various CZ rememedies and cleansing regimens be harmful with a mouthful -- i.e. could the oil in OP leach more nasty out of my teeth? And if not, should I go forward with the liver cleanse and OP etc. and just wait until I am able to do Amalgam removal, i.e., is something better than nothing?
