I think that a dog groomer could give your dog a nice short hair cut, which may not look so pretty on your dog, however it could help your baby. Give the dog baths, no more often than once a week. Brush your dog outside and especially before bathing the dog. Don't let the dog stay outside for long periods of time.

I give you lots of credit for keeping the dog !
