Thanks for the info. I looked up Twinlabs B-12 Dots and the recommended dosage is one tablet per day. You're taking 6 tablets a day! Isn't that a bit much? I'm sorry if I keep sounding critical...but I'm just trying to be cautious and educated before I try anything. Thanks.
