sorry, you can't eat a little more :)

have you tried Dr. Rinse's Breakfast??
I've heard that a lot of thyroid sufferer's lose weight on it as well as stay full and receive the nutrients they need.......it's good for your heart and liver as well.
I have not tried it as yet (just read about it)
