Eric,
have you read any of Dr. Hulda Clark 's books? She talks about enemas and colonics. A true colonic is not something you do to yourself because of the volume of water used and the monitoring which are quite difficult for an individual to self-administer. I think Dr. Clark covers this most adequately.
