I don't soak my toothbrush in anything. I just bought a packet of cheap toothbrushes and throw them out after about 2 weeks of use. I brush my teeth w/ diluted pure baking soda 2xs a day. Floss my teeth (bought floss from a health food store) once a day and I gargle w/ diluted hydrogen peroxide every other day. Just keep it simple and gentle. I clean my teeth no matter what my lips are doing.
