My candida seemed to be in control and i was told had gone in march by a kinsiologist. My Acne had also calmed down and were more small pimples, blocled pores, i started to flush in june to try and clear digestive problems and my Acne for good. However i have done 4 flushes now, the last one over a month ago and since then my old symtoms have returned, my candida is back, my Acne has flared up and my digestion is not good. I am afraid to flush again, do you think i may have some stones blocked which may be causing my symptoms to return. I am now back on the candida diet, should i just stick to trying to kill the candida or flush aswell ?
