Emphatically, Yes Mariana Fletcher Baxter
Hi K Emphatically, Yes; I do try all of these products and ideas!!! I grow my own ( clover) and other sprouts to avoid GM and pesticides. Not to mention all the illnesses popping up … salmonella and what not. Maca root makes me happy. It’s not a stimulant, but rather normalizes my hormones like nothing I have ever tried. An added bonus is, that I’m happy most of the time. There’s a lot to say about the little pleasures in life- if you’re so lucky as to experience them. The other night, while taking an early- night walk, I felt so peaceful, and I was filled with love and happiness. One word for Maca Root is positively Happy! Fulvic Acid & efficient microbes are good for detoxifying and building friendly floral. The other stuff/capsules do not work- been there done all all all of that! There was a time, when I would have to have a probiotic enema- once a week- or a master cleans to feel better and keep weakness away. I experienced dizzy spells, and all sorts of toxic symptoms that only a probiotic enema alleviated. While I was experimenting with FA & EM, I discovered that I did not have to have my usual weekly enema. I feel great! It could be that my friendly floral was diseased, sick, or out of balance. My food is digesting to its fullest too; I know this because my stool is a normal brown paste. Only use a little FA during cleansing protocols, but try to use the EM all the time. These products really work! Some of my protocols take a back seat to the new products on my shelf, and by the-old weeding out process- all the products that don’t work for me fall by-the- way-side….trash. FA and EM have earned a permanent and active spot in my home. I use krill oil along with evening primrose and flax seed. They make my skin glow and youthful. These are another one of my favorites. Ann Budwig’s diet is also another winner. I eat this the morning of a test as it fills me with long lasting energy; it’s useful for my demanding lifestyle. At a nearby hospital, I volunteer about 12 hours a week, I am taking classes, and I’m working full time. I need energy! Braggs Vinegar, miso and umeboshi are great products to keep around the house as well. To a certain extent, I believe that my body can tell me what I need. It’s a powerful healing tool, to pay attention to your body and learn how to react to its signals. I take each one of these products at different times when I feel the need to. There’s more, but I’m off to bed. Talk to you later. Ana
