On Sunday I pulled 1 hour with organic sunflower oil (10 minute intervals)...within a number of hours I issued copious amounts of mucous from my nose & throat.

Monday morning I pulled with coconut oil, sesame and then coconut oil. Tried going to work, but the mucus in the ears, nose & throat were too copious to stay at work. I stayed in bed the rest of the day with a hot pad!

Now it's Tuesday and as I write this I'm pulling with my 3rd round of coconut oil. I must be detoxing heavily...it's said that we're more acid during the full moon - well, this pulling is certainly dragging this crap out of my lymph.
