the book is chock full of ideas and would be a good place to familiarize yourself with concepts, methods, materials, and protocols. but thats it. it is totally incomplete and may contain inaccuracies by commision and omission. if you are not well versed on the subject and can read it for free, its worth it.

an open mind and self experimenting is the only route i know. i highly recommend that. and learn, learn , learn, never stop learning.
