Boogieboard, thank you very much for your detailed reply to my message. I actually have been thinking of trying bagging or using a body suit at home. The huge heavy duty contractor's plastic garbage bags that you mentioned--are they made of the same type of plastic as regular supermarket garbage bags? I think this will probably be more complicated in my case, since I have CFS/chemical sensitivities in addition to breast cancer. The fumes from a regular garbage bag are very strong to me, a sign that I need to avoid them. Have you ever tried a Tyvek body suit, the type sold at http://oxygenmedicine.com/extraitems.html ?
And rog, thanks for the link to the list of doctors. I called one office, Rhinebeck Health Center in Rhinebeck, NY, which is listed as using oxidative medicine, though it turns out they don't use ozone. I plan to check out some of the others for other cancer treatments. A doctor told me that doctors in NJ don't use ozone in this state because of the restrictions, but that it is allowed in NY.
Though there is a doctor in Stockton,NJ, Stuart H. Freedenfeld, MD, of Stockton Family Practice, who's listed on the Internet as using ozone (too far for me).
If anyone happens to know of a place, perhaps a spa, in northern NJ that offers ozone sauna I'd still be interested and I'm still searching. I just found a website http://www.local.com where you can enter a particular business or service (such as "sauna") and the name of a town and get a long list of businesses in that area. If I happen to find ozone sauna in NJ I'll post it in this thread.
I'm presently looking for an inexpensive ozone generator (am considering an Enaly)
and am badly in need of advice, since I need to find more treatments right away for the cancer. I'm planning to post a message soon, possibly within the next day, after I get together the questions I need to ask.
BOOGIEBOARD, there's one thing I'd like to tell you about, since you mentioned you have lyme disease. A colon therapist I went to years ago got lyme, and the Antibiotics and homeopathy and whatever else she was doing didn't seem to be helping. I had a Rife machine, the AstroPulse Model D (this is the type with preset channels and with cylinders that you hold and plates to use on the feet). A website had a testimonial of a case of lyme that was cured by channel 26. She borrowed my machine; I don't know how long or often she used it (she returned it probably about a year later), or if she used additional channels; but anyway, her
lyme disease was completely cured and as far as I know she's still healthy now.
She told me she believed that the machine cured her, but I have to stress that she started treating it in the beginning and that she was probably doing many other things.
Several other companies use the same channel format as AstroPulse: Quantronics, ScalarTronics, Infinitech, ElectroMagic, NatureTronics, Energy Wellness, BioSolutions, Global Wellness (these are listed in the current manual), and the manual also gives additional channels for lyme. I don't know if there would be an advantage to using the other type of machine where you can choose any frequency in hertz instead of being limited to selected channels, that would depend on whether there are other useful frequencies not available on the above-mentioned machines. But the problem is that you don't know ahead of time which frequencies would be helpful for you.
Lists of frequencies in Hertz for different disorders can be found at:
http://www.electroherbalism.com/Bioelectronics/FrequenciesandAnecdotes/CAFL.htm
http://www.electroherbalism.com/Bioelectronics/FrequenciesandAnecdotes/Non-
ConsolidatedFrequencyList.htm
http://www.frontiernet.net/~breightondawe/rifeail.pdf
There are tables for converting the channels to frequencies in Hertz and vice versa at the following websites (though they aren't updated tables with the most recently added channels):
http://www.electroherbalism.com/Bioelectronics/FrequenciesandAnecdotes/Non-
ConsolidatedFrequencyList.htm (scroll over 3/4 down the page to "Table of
ElectroSpectrum Rife Device Frequency Codes VS Actual Frequency (inHz) OutPut"
followed by "Another list for the frequencies vs. Channels for the Model D/Model E
Coded Pad device")
http://www.royalrife.com/freq_list.pdf (The "List of codes by condition for the
Model D and Model E" also an older incomplete version)
A recent manual that I ordered last spring gives the following channels for lyme
(I added the corresponding frequencies in Hertz using a table):
"Lyme.................Begin 4 min. daily and build to 16 min. daily X 26
Also, Auto Code 380
Morning, AM...........16(802 Hz),23(685 Hz),25(650 Hz),31(380 Hz),34(250 Hz),
63(9.4 Hz),89(510 Hz),108(555 Hz),177(884.66 Hz),236(1462.27 Hz),
6(2170 Hz)
Evening, PM...........16(802 Hz),17(787 Hz),1(10000 Hz),22(690 Hz),89(510
Hz),101(500 Hz),104(440 Hz),161(864.61 Hz),221(1019.26 Hz),
6(2170)"
(These channels are all available on my older Model D version, except I don't know about the Auto Code 380)
The conversion between the channels and Hertz, however, isn't actually that simple, because the channels involve a proprietary technology based on their research.
The manual I got with my Model D in 1997 says that: "The numbers in the following Tables are not frequencies measured in hertz. These numbers are merely channels representing a pattern of frequencies or interference fields. One manufacturer calls them channels; if they include interference fields the numbers are properly called patterns" and that "Some frequency ranges are specifically modified for compatibility with radiant coatings, some are combined in patterns, and other frequencies must run alone".
There are different types of Rife machines: the AstroPulse type I just described (a contact type with channels), the contact type (also with cylinders and plates) where you can select the individual frequencies, and the plasma tube type (where a gas-filled tube gives off the frequencies).
I used an adrenal channel (#58) on the AstroPulse in 1997-99 for severe hypoglycemia
and was helped by it tremendously (that's how I was able to get to sleep at night)
and it gradually seemed to help my adrenals until I was at the point that I didn't need it anymore. I used it for a few months last spring for cancer, and am now using another Rife machine, the Plasma Plus II (a plasma tube type) for the cancer.
I can't say I'm having phenomenal success with this, and it's hard to say what helps because I'm doing other things, however, at least the tumor doesn't seem to be getting larger. The manual to the AstroPulse explains that the frequencies from this machine are carried along acupuncture meridians and that toxins and scars along these meridians could block them, however, I know I was full of toxins such as heavy metals when I used it and it was still helpful. The Plasma Plus II seems to be a lot stronger (you need to avoid touching metal objects when using it, also,
I'm using it with the bulb pressed against the body), and the frequencies seem to travel through the body differently. Still, I'd say that if a person doesn't need something that strong to treat a life-threatening illness such as cancer that the AstroPulse could be a good choice since it's less expensive, portable and seems to be very safe, and their channel technology may have additional benefits. But again,
it would depend on whether the available channels include the frequencies that the person needs.
An AstroPulse distributor that you could talk to is Rob at herbrep.com (800-695-4414). He can also direct you to a person who is supposed to be able to test urine and saliva to tell you which channels should be helpful. I think the machine is selling now for around $2000. I don't know if they're found often on Ebay, I've never checked. Dr. Loyd's website (www.royalrife.com) has a section where people sell used equipment.
I hope this is helpful.
I'm sorry, everyone, for putting this on an oxygen forum, but I thought it was important to send this information to this person.
