Anytime is a good time. I have done colonics every ten days of long fasts with excellent results. I just did this one on day 3 of my break, with super excellent results (I reeeeeeely needed that!).

All that lemonade (flush flush flush) clears you out and softens up caked on gunk on the colon walls, and there is nothing like a professional colonic with a good therapist to move things along.

Hope yours makes you feel as absolutely fabulous as I do!!! I am doing a series of three, three days in a row. I will let you all know how that goes.

Body cleansing has truly been a miracle in my life. I am experiencing radiant good health, which makes it very hard to accept less! So much for the concept of "aging"!
