When MSM is taken for the first times it is common to get a jittery feeling. You should have started with a smaller dose. Toxins are being released from the body. After the toxins have been released, you can take quite a bit of it at one time and not feel anything. I have taken as much as 6000 mg at once. It is non toxic.
