actually ozone is simpler than FG H2O2. wtih peroxide,you have to be very careful with dosage levels, and being sure to take on empty stomach etc. also, many have stomach irritation with it, and some say it tastes aweful.

however, with ozone, none of those things are worries. once you acclimate to it you can take as much as you like. it tastes great to me, but most say it has no taste. it has never upset my stomach, etc.

golfegg's wife cured herself of stage IV "terminal" cancer with ozone therapy. i really believe in it. i start off everyday with a big glass of ozonated water, and it wakes me right up!

oif you ever want to know anything about it, i will be more than happy to explain what i do know. but "rog" in the oxygen forum is the real ozone expert in these parts.
