It sounds as though your mother may have candida overgrowth as well as a toxic liver? Regularity would definitely be a huge step toward better health and getting her on a daily regime would probably yield the best results.

Before I make any suggestions I would like to get a better profile of your mothers health. Is she active and healthy or sedentary and ill? Does she have any other health conditions? Given her age, I think it best to error on the side of caution.

I will look into a few different options.
