Although his website and distribution seem to have some money milking plans going on, I am not interested in his motivation for selling the information.

There is not too much new under the sun, so I would expect most of his book is just stuff that has been going on for 100-1000 years.

My question: is the information an accurate collection of holistic treatments/ preventions? Is it useful? Is it information that people who try to live this natural/holistic life agree with?

I can get it from the library, I don't need to worry about spending money. Should I bother?
