Ive been doing this for a couple of weeks, with olive oil.

Happy with OO, but the VCO has powerful anti-fungal properties, and I realized I have oral thrush. Perhaps the caprylic acid and other fatty acids which are anti-fungal are diffusing into the blood as well!

It also tastes nice. It is semi-solid until warmed in the mouth.

It got all watery in six minutes.
