Thanks Roger - will go to the ozone air generator site and order - I do have vitamin c powder (with bioflavanoids) and I will start the cottage cheese thing.

Do you eat meat/meat products?

I do eat cheese and poached eggs but that's it - my oil is extra virgin (green) delicious Greek oil which I buy from Greek produce companies in the large tin - have never used anything else and we use it like water.
