I ordered my msm and other supplments yesterday - now I want to order an ozone generator/air purifier for my bedroom - which company or machine do you recommend. There are so many but I was looking at the one or two at the air zone site that are around a few hundred dollars - they are so expensive but, ....

Do you use it every day/24-7?

Also, do you eat meat? I tried last month a few times with the ground sirloing from whole foods - not bad - I did cook it forever because I do not and never have liked meat the way they cook it here in the US - it's freaking raw....... I don't know how the majority of these people are not dying from some disease or other!!

Anyway, I will look up the products you mentioned and will fill you in - today I am off to the "regular doc" - I had the worst night ever last night - my BP was through the roof and cannot figure out why - I did take an old liquid cap of iron called "chromagen forte" so I am calling the company to see if there is an expiration date of this junk.

By the way, I have followed alternative medicine for years and "loathe" the medical industry in this country *that is an understatement* so, please don't hesitate to give me any advice you deem necessary - I don't mind the cautionary phrases beforehand.
