I wonder if the himalayan salt or similar ones does have the sodium element in high amount or not. If not, then what is the biggest amount of the element in one grain of salt. However I think the sodium found in the Sea Salt is also necessary for promoting electric impulses in the human body only if it is in presence of other trace minerals.
