A mineral is chemically inorganic when its chemical composition is NOT bonded with carbon. So a mineral IS chemically organic when it is bound with carbon. Nutritionally inorganic minerals are without any organic (carbon-based) molecule, much like most of the mineral supplements on the market. However, nutritionally organic minerals are chelated or bound to organic carbon molecules. Inorganic mineral binding to carbon to become organic mineral can and does occur in our intestines, just as it can and does occur in the root of a plant. This way of binding is inefficient and getting the minerals already bound to carbon, such as through a plant (they have done the work for us) is much more efficient and better absorbed.

A carbon bond forms with the inorganic ES and CH in the alkalizing drink when mixed with the plant based foods of the drink, Kelp, BSM, lemon or ACV, making the sum greater than the parts a synergistic action used in herbal medicine since the beginning of time. It is a very basic chemical reaction of the acid and alkaline parts allowing for a high absorption rate and energy production. The chemical reaction has done the work for us in much the same way that a living plant would.

IF we have available carbon within our bodies we CAN and DO utilize inorganic minerals when the minerals bond with carbon in our digestive tracts... but assimilation in this way is energy inefficient and absorption is low.

The basic drink listed in the ML forum is a starting point, BUT does need the parts to work. Each person may have to experiment and find the balance in the drink that works for them, one may need more lemon while another more CH and another more BSM. This is where taking charge of ones own health, self experimentation, and in some cases a lot of faith comes in to play as it does with all alternative health.
