I just started inserting 4 ACIDOPHILUS tablets a day into the vaginal 3 days ago , my symtoms are gone but i will use it the whole 7 days . I't works ....well it works for me . It says take by mouth , but BV is when bad bacteria is present and by using it vaginaly the tablets desolve and gives you the good immediately
