I wonder how after 5 months, you have determined OP has been the cause of your bloating? After over 5 months, I was not having any reactions to OP anymore at all, that is, not until I changed oils...

Have you changed oils? Length of time OPing, number of times, anything?

We all know our bodies best, so who knows. Perhaps you should stop for a couple of weeks and see if your problem goes away?

Or maybe you can change your oil?
