About 10 years ago I was fine but I suddenly lost a bit of weight. My normal weight has been around 100 pound for the last 24 years so I was a bit concerned as there was no reason for the weight to drop off and I certainly didnt need to loose weight!

I had some blood tests taken and the results showed that I'd "had" Glandular Fever at the time I'd lost the weight. I wasnt sick at all though. I can only put this down to the fact that I take regular doese of vitamin C daily - usually around 5 grammes at least. If I start to show any signs of sickness then I up my dose. This works in making me better quickly ALWAYS!
