In other words calcium hydroxide is an important factor in the typical SAD diet. Its effective in preserving all the pre-packaged, refined and pasteurized food that is sold to the average person; and its probably not going to kill you.
That's all fine and good, but I want something better, something more in tune with what God, not man, created. Surely nature offers a better alternative.
