I would love to hear your experience with CH. This is one way to get to the truth.

In my study of minerals, everyone has different mineral levels and that is why I try not to take too many macro minerals outside of my food. Maybe you are one of those people that already have too much tissue calcium. Most of us are low on magnesium however.
