Ok, good. This one is a bit better. However, I am against any form of nutritonal supplements in pill or tablet form as they are only about 10% absorbed by the body according to many recent studies. Sorry to be the bearer of the bad news...

A very, very big reason why people are just not getting the desired results they are looking for with their nutritional supplements these days is due to this fact - poorly absorbed and poorly digested supplements = very little results.
