Hi,
is there any way I can tell if leaky gut is healed? Is it simply a case of eating bread and seeing whether I get the intolerance symptoms, or would just eating a little not set off leaky gut symtoms anyway?

I ask because a few days ago I ate a cake, which I shouldn't have, but it was a special occasion and I treated myself. I didnt seem to suffer any apparent problems with it. I just wondered if it meant my leaky gut and candida had finnally been beaten.
