Hmmm that's really good advice. But I guess I have to pose another question... If you do a complete detox (including for candida), and eat fruits alone (food combining), and soak your nuts- do you think that might make a difference? Enough of a difference perhaps? Did you go through a complete detox while you were raw, or did you just do the diet?
