Sounds like you may have passed (passing) your old mucous lining if so THIS IS GREAT!!!Your body will make a nice new one without all the built up (can build up over a long long time) rubbish-toxins, food debris etc...
If not then it could be a type of worm which is also GREAT!!! better out than in
